Youtube Page is messed up in my browser?

When I click on youtube, it takes while to load, but whn it does come up, the page resembles a retro 90's style site and all of the links and video titles go down the left side of the broswer. I can't watch videos or anything on youtube! I have installed adobe flash numerous times, but that didn't help!
