TERMITES- Can I break my lease?

I hear you....but, you have to consider that MOST homes have termites to some degree. The next place probably will too...Regarding the tenting...yeah...I'm with you....especially being pregnant. Legally, I don't think you have grounds to break the lease, however you me be entitled to relocation expenses during this time period. It never hurts to ask though....let them know that you are not comfortable due to the chemicals and would appreciate the opportunity to get out of the lease....
