What can I do with egg whites apart from the obvious ie meringue?

Did a load of cooking yesterday and knocked up some creme brulee and an egg custard tart but now I have seven egg whites in a jug in the fridge and I don't want to waste them. I suppose I could make a lemon meringue pie but that means going out to the supermarket again. Does anyone have any other ideas?
