Why is the following taken out of the Holy Bible?

Typically things that are left out of the canon were done so either for authenticity issues or theological issues. Every book of the Bible must have had apostallic/early church support or been written by one. Ive never researched the issues specifically with the Catholic books so Im not sure as to which it is.
