A career in teaching anti-stress/relaxation techniques?

I am a psychology major who is trying to figure out where my pions are and what I should aim to become in the future. I love to inspire people to improve various aspects of their life, make people feel better about themselves, and teach them various relaxation and anti-stress techniques. I am thinking of becoming some sort of counselor or therapist, but I am not sure if I want to work with clients who have major issues (for example, depressed or suicidal clients). I have thought about becoming a high school or college guidance counselor, but I feel some of the students' problems may be too intense for me. I would rather work with overall healthy people who just want to improve various aspects of their life. Any ideas on what I could be?
