What will Repubs say when the courst uphold the HCR Bill?

that we should overthrow the courts too? Why don't we ask the Tea Party people if they think it's constitutional? They are the 4th branch of gov't right? In fact, why don't we give them veto power? This is not a republic is it? It's the Tea Party World, right? Hey, maybe we can become like the peoples republic of America, and be democratic like the North Koreans?
