Rugrats cartoon on tv All this week on regular nickelodeon?

The Rugrats are on everyday this week at 9 am Eastern time. On accident, I just saw them announce this Sunday night right at the ending of the Rugrats movie they played on nickelodeon, sure enough it's on right now. Why is nickelodeon deciding to bring this show back just this week? Does this mean they are seeing how the ratings go, so they can decide whether or not to bring back other 1990s nickelodeon shows in the near future like Doug, Salute Your Shorts, Hey Arnold, Nick Arcade, Hey Dude, Figure It Out, Rocko's Modern Life, Ah Real Monsters, Secret World of Alex Mack, etc? Why is the regular Nickelodeon channel deciding to show Rugrats just this week? Usually, the other Nickelodeon channels you get with satelite are the one's that air Rugrats. I have never seen it on the regular cable nickelodeon channel.
