Help! I've got tons of shredded Cheddar and don't know what to do with it?

I changed my Thanksgiving menu at the last minute and now I have at least 6 cups of Kraft shredded sharp Cheddar cheese in my fridge. I don't want it to get moldy, but how do I use it up? Can it be frozen? Or do you have any good recipes that use a LOT of shredded Cheddar? Thanks.
