Can anyone help me find a psychiatrist?

Three years ago I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and Generalized Anxiety Disorder. About a year ago, I moved away from my doctors and am now without medication. I was doing alright, but lately I've been having more intense depressive periods. I've tried to find a doctor in my neighborhood, but they don't accept Medicaid. I contacted my insurance company and was informed that I had to go back to my old doctor who is three hours away. Does anyone know of any hotlines or websites that list psychiatrists who accept medicaid in NY?
