What is a good topic for a persuasive speech(college level) ?

i will be giving a persuasive speech in fundamentals of oral communication, and would like to get some ideas on a topic that will arouse the attention of all my peers and my professor. i recently gave an informative speech on 2012 and did great! i was going to use the same Information, but cannot pick a side to persuade people to believe maybe you can offer some insight on that also.......Thank you very much for your time and cooperation.
