When is torture of POW's ever right?

I'm not saying that i believe in the torture of war prisoners, i dont, but i need to argue for this topic in my debate cl. My presentation is on the U.S. standpoint on torture and i need some help arguing it. Please remember that im arguing FOR the torture of captured pow's, terrorists or criminals.
