My gf (i think) is avoiding me?

Let me start off by saying that i my gf is movein soon I go ova to my moms house to see her but she doesn't come down stairs to say hi or wanton to see me I haven't talk to her after her birthday when she said that Iv been hurt by her many times she a Lil younger then me but just don't see things a little my way YES I WANTED A KISS from her and never got it I just dont feel like I'm inn love with her no more believe me that alot more to this story so ima cut it kinda short Iv dated her for 9 months and still she have not wanton to kiss me I'm waiting on her for many things but I dont see thing always my way she's moving soon I walk in the rain from snow to really hot days to see her I do give her space I'm not annoying or anything if I try to tak to her she might not want to she might run cause she shy but after she told my Sis she movin soon her birthday came up and she went ova to her causin house after her bay so Im saying to myself why would she do that when soon shell be moving I haven't talk to her in weeks more then weeks. I do hate waiting for things but I feel at the end of my rope with her I try not to give up on love but not talking to me or wanting to see me leaves me no choices we been dating for 9 months I try to do everything buy her a gift to make her happy I couldnt give it to her my Sis head to cause she was shy after we haven't talk for more then weeks I then ask my Sis to ask her if we are still going out she told my Sis yes but when I seen her last week to go somewhere with her and my Sis she said when around my Sis are you gunnA have kids this is her 3 time talking about this but the first time talking about havin kids to my sis this year then I have the need of knowing she really wants to talk to me when I'm around her but I don't know what to do she I continue with this? Or this isn't as bad caus I think she don't know what love is or how to love I think
