' if ' you can... coax him into a large pillow case and take him to the vet now. that sounds like its infected, and it could kill him w/out antibiotics. definitely go to the vet ! be sure to tie a string around the end of the pillow case so he cant get out. or go to the store and buy a carrier. or borrow a carrier.
