I need to learn driving and get a license before i kill somebody out of frustration?

My husband is a slummyhead and is the perfect example for a turtle on land.....laziest thing God ever created. I want to get a driving license so I dont have to depend on him for taking me to the hospital when Im about to die. The only hurdle is tht my baby is 10mos old. When I went thru the DMV site, I see that an 8hr cl is mandatory which is impossible for me to attend... my 8 hrs comprises feeding, solid feeding my LO for which I wont be able to find help. So is there a way I can still get my Licence? I live in ord,Connecticut....anybody who knows details abt getting a licence pls helppp.....thnx
