How do I let this guy down?

I have been hanging out, fooling around with this guy for a few months. It has only been a couple times because I like him as a friend, but I don't have feelings for him. It was pretty much fwb until recently when he has been calling, texting, and wanting to come over more. He said hes starting to get attached, but we've both been very open about this being just a friend thing. Now he is planning on seeing me this weekend and is calling me constantly. I figured he would just move on eventually, but now I'm not so sure. It wouldn't be so horrible, but hes is really starting to show his pervy side. Always talking ually, and wanting to have phone . It's really starting to get to me and i don't think our "meetings" together are any where near worth it. So how do I tell him I don't want to see him like that anymore without sounding mean or bitchy?
