Aquarium...help needed?

I'm just saying that you can get a 40 gallon tank for less and a 50 gallon tank for really close around that price range at PetSmart. I understand though if you want that exact size. As far as gravel and sand, it depends on what fish you get or have. Some fish need gravel, some need sand, and some it don't matter.
